How Do You Get to Las Gaviotas?

Las Gaviotas is located approximately 20 miles south of Rosarito. You may enter “Las Gaviotas” into Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze.

  1. 5 or 805 south to the San Ysidro border. 
  2. After crossing the border, move to the right quickly and you’ll take the first right turn.  (Playas De Tijuana Rosarito Ensenada Cuota)
  3. Drive along the border, up a steep hill, and back down.
  4. Make 1st Right Turn -  (Ensenada Cuota)
  5. Move to left side and stay left at fork (Ensenada)
  6. Go through Toll Booth  approx $2.00
  7. Go through 2nd Toll Booth approx $2.00 after Rosarito
  8. Exit Puerto Nuevo approx 10 minutes after Rosarito
  9. Turn Right (North)
  10. 1/2 mile and Las Gaviotas on left side
