Is the water okay to drink?

We do not drink the tap water, though we are told it is fine to drink. We advise people to bring their own drinking water.

How many people are allowed?

Six people, children of any age included, is the limit.

When will deposits be refunded?

Please allow up to two weeks for deposits to be returned. We must get confirmation from Las Gaviotas that guests followed all rules during their stay.

All linens are provided except beach towels. Please bring your own.

Yes, there is a washer and dryer available in the house, but you need to bring your own laundry detergent.
